About Us

So... a little bit about us. We started in healthcare about 20 years ago and opened our first clinic about 4 years ago. We've worked in hospitals, emergency departments, ICU/SCCUs, VA clinics, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, rehab units, hospice, and more. We've learned a lot along the way.

Over the years, it became obvious that the healthcare system is designed with perverse, profit-based incentives that serve neither the needs of patients nor the folks who commit their lives to taking care of them.  We saw that systems, relationships, goals, focus and flow were frustrating our patients and making a life in healthcare hard for the caregivers that embody its highest ideals. We thought that if we could correct the things that had gone wrong, we could improve experiences and make the system better for everyone. We simply wanted to make a difference and change the status quo.

 

Here at Daily Apple Clinic, we have decided to do something different. We believe that every individual has tremendous potential, and it is our deep desire to help every one of our patients be the people they were meant to be and help our providers live the life of service they always dreamed they might pursue. To accomplish this, we have streamlined operations, cut out redundancy, and focused on building seamless experiences that allow for better communication and stronger relationships between patients and the people who care for them. We have identified areas where employers and end-users have been paying far more than necessary for services actually received and have eliminated those costs wherever possible. In our worldview, it's just the right thing to do.

We know we aren't perfect and never will be, but we think we will all live better as we share our best intentions selflessly, graciously, and thankfully.
